NCCIA Jobs 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Sub Inspector (BS-14)
- 2nd Class or Grade C Bachelor Degree, post Intermediate Associate Degree, or BS 4 years degree

- Qualification must be from a university recognized by HEC

Technical Assistant (BS-14)
- 2nd Class or Grade C Bachelor Degree, post Intermediate Associate Degree, or BS 4 years degree in the same relevant fields as above
- Qualification must be from a university recognized by HEC
- At least 3 years of post qualification experience is required
- Age limit is 18 to 25 years
Stenotypist (BS-14)
- Intermediate qualification is required
- Minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Candidate must be computer literate
- Age limit is 18 to 25 years
Upper Division Clerk / UDC (BS-11)
- Intermediate qualification is required
- Selected candidates must complete a 3 week IT Basic Training Course including MS Office, conducted by NITB, within one year of joining

Assistant Sub Inspector (BS-09)
- 2nd Class or Grade C Bachelor Degree such as BA, BS, or post Intermediate Associate Degree
- Qualification must be from a university recognized by HEC

- Age limit is 18 to 25 years
