About NADRA Scanning Operator Jobs 2026
NADRA has issued a separate advertisement for each city. The job, salary, age limit and rules are the same in all five ads. Only the city and the office location are different.
The ads are published under Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002. Only the residents of the given city can apply for that city’s post.

Please note one thing for Faisalabad. The ad shows the region as Sargodha, but the job location is Mega Center Faisalabad and the residents of Faisalabad can apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- You must have passed Intermediate or an equivalent qualification.
- Your age must not be more than 25 years. NADRA says 5 years of age relaxation is already added, so no more relaxation will be given.
- You must be a resident of the city for which you apply. This will be checked from your CNIC or domicile.
- You must be ready to work in any shift: morning, evening or night.
- Students, females, minorities, transgender persons and differently-abled persons are encouraged to apply.
Salary and Benefits
The base salary is Rs. 40,000 per month. On top of this, you will get an incentive for each scanned form. The incentive amount is not fixed in the ad. It will be decided by NADRA.

Job Duties and Work Timings
- Selected candidates will archive old NADRA records.
- You must scan at least 400 pages every day.
- The project will run in three shifts: morning, evening and night, six days a week.
- You must follow NADRA’s data and information security policies.
- All official records you handle must be kept confidential.
Contract Period
The job is purely on contract for 3 months (90 days). NADRA can extend it if the project needs more time.
The official advertisement clearly says these posts are project-specific and temporary. Selection will not give you any right to a regular job or a contract job in NADRA. Your service will end automatically when the project or contract period is over.

Rules for the Interview
- Bring your original educational and professional documents.
- Government or semi-government employees must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

- If any false, forged or misleading information is found at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified.
Other Terms and Conditions
- You will have to serve at the job location given in the ad. Transfer requests will not be accepted. However, NADRA may post you to another district or location if the project needs it.
- NADRA can cancel or hold the hiring process and can accept or reject any application at any stage without giving a reason.
- If a selected candidate refuses the offer, it may be given to a reserve candidate.
